Problem:

As the world becomes a more connected place; it is becoming harder for companies to compete for great IT talent without having to rely on people's personal networks or are required to pay exorbitant fees ranging from 20%-30% to get help finding that talent. As engineering salaries rise higher and higher in this every increasing remote world that 20%-30% becomes a bigger and bigger hit on company's bottom line just to find decent talent. Paying finders fees that high also makes it more difficult to pay talent competitively getting companies stuck in a vicious cycle of losing talent, paying a premium to replace lost talent, and then losing talent due to salaries rising across the board.


Solution:

At Workers Way we are leveraging technology to drive that cost down! We have a database over over 1,500 engineers world wide looking for new positions. We are using technology to evaluate candidates and connect employers to quality candidates at a fraction of the cost. That leaves more room in a budget to be more competitive in the ever increasingly cutthroat tech market!

Who We Are

I am Alec Harrison a Computer Engineer from Iowa who has seen first the hand the struggle for quality talent to find their first role and companies struggle to retain talent as we move to an ever increasing remote world! At Workers Way we are positioning ourselves to help our candidates find the roles of their dreams and employers to find the candidates of their dreams.
